Hello, I’m a doctoral prepared, licensed, and board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) based in California. I utilize evidenced-based interventions such as motivational interviewing, psychodynamic therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychoeducational methods, and well-versed in pharmacotherapy and medication management to treat various mental health disorders such as anxiety disorder, depression, mood disorders, schizophrenia, PTSD, Bipolar, insomnia, or any other mental health conditions. Over the course of more than 12 years of medical practice, I have had extensive education and training in many practice areas including, inpatient psychiatry unit, psychiatry emergency department, community clinics, and primary care settings.
